Terms of Service
1. Operator and beta status
KRNLA is operated by Britesh Gaire, Nepal. The service is operated personally by an individual.
The current service is a private, approval-required, free beta for users aged 18 or older. There is no customer billing, checkout, paid subscription or commercial payment collection. Approval is required before workspace access. Future paid service would require separate terms, applicable registration and tax compliance, and advance notice; these Terms do not authorize charging you.
2. Accounts and workspace responsibility
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in, agent credentials and provider keys. You must have authority to create or administer a workspace. Workspace owners manage membership, roles, policies and configured connections. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another workspace. Contact security@krnla.com if you suspect compromise.
3. Service and delivery
KRNLA identifies software agents, evaluates governed requests against deterministic policies, and supports configured agent connections and model-provider calls. Agents remain your responsibility. Governance only applies to operations routed through KRNLA; it does not control all activity in your agent or guarantee detection of every sensitive item.
For inbox delivery, QUEUED means a governed message was stored for the recipient. It does not mean the recipient received or processed it. ACKNOWLEDGED records acknowledgement by the authenticated recipient agent under its current lease; it does not guarantee completion of the recipient's business task. Delivery can repeat, and your agents must handle duplicates. Unacknowledged inbox payloads expire after 24 hours. Direct HTTPS push is a future optional transport, not the current default.
Requests may be blocked when policy, authorization, audit acceptance or required services are unavailable. Beta availability, response times and recovery times are not guaranteed.
4. Your content and model providers
You retain your rights in submitted content and authorize the processing needed to provide and secure KRNLA. You are responsible for lawful content, permissions, policies and downstream use. Avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
OpenAI and Google Gemini are supported through customer-configured provider credentials stored server-side. Provider terms, availability, data practices and any provider charges apply separately. KRNLA does not pay those charges. Agent SDKs do not receive your stored provider API keys. Redaction and other governance do not guarantee a provider's retention or training behavior.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use KRNLA unlawfully, distribute malicious content, bypass access controls or governance, disrupt the service, impersonate others, or access data you are not entitled to use. Use only credentials and integrations you are authorized to configure.
6. Suspension and ending access
The operator may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations or beta capacity. Where appropriate and safe, notice will be provided. You may stop using KRNLA at any time. For account or workspace closure, contact privacy@krnla.com; identity and workspace authority must be verified. A self-service closure function or fixed deletion deadline is not currently promised. The Privacy Notice explains retention limitations.
7. Beta limitations and liability
The beta is provided as available, without a contractual uptime guarantee. Do not rely on it as the sole safeguard for safety-critical or legally regulated activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the beta will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
8. Changes, law and contact
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the service or account email before they take effect where required. Paid service is not enabled merely by changing these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, subject to any mandatory rights under other applicable law. They do not waive mandatory consumer rights.
